Register to Vote

You have three options to register to vote in Dawson County:

Option 1. Visit the Dawson County Board of Elections and Registration

The Registrar’s Office is located on the corner of Academy Avenue & Maple Street in the Chappell Building at:

The office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (excluding state and federal holidays).  Their phone number is (706) 344-3640.  It’s as simple as dropping by and filling out the voter registration application!

Option 2. Take or Mail Your Voter Registration Application to the Dawson County Board of Elections

You can fill out a voter registration application in advance and either deliver it to the Dawson County Registrar’s Office or mail it to them at the address listed in Option 1.
